All SPVs are independently structured entities under Indian laws, managed by the Company or designated trustees.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the prior 12 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for:

On termination, token balances or SPV holdings will be settled based on applicable agreements and Indian law.

11. Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by Indian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Rewari, Haryana.

Unresolved disputes will be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with seat in [Insert City].
